EAAM Sci-Fi Series - Husker Power Armour

The Kolin Mark 2 Powered Armour Exoskeleton better known as the Husker Power Armour or Husker Armour, is an advanced 9 foot (108 inches) form of modular powered armor exoskeleton, that's meant to be a second larger suit of armor that it's user operates while already in normal sized power armor giving maximum protection.

Developed for close-quarters combat or where firepower is more important than maneuverability, these suits of power armor are primarily utilized in situations where standard power armor does not provide enough protection for it's user.

The Husker Power Armour was created in direct response to the 2263 Shadow Zone Tenebris Massacre, where 616 Marines of the 4th United Kolin Marine Battalion using standard equipment and weaponry were killed after a disastrous first hostile contact with the Shadow Beasts. who reported to be a massive 10 feet (120 inches) tall and could kill several squads single handedly.

Overheating

The KRC-61's six barrels can reach incredibly high temperatures if used continuously after an estimated period of 20 minutes. While the KRC-61 can still completely function and fire while being severally overheated it's rate of fire will drastically be reduced from 6,000 rounds per minute to 2,000 rounds per minute by the weapons computer system. The KRC-61's accuracy and precision will also be significantly reduced, resulting in nearly twice as large shot grouping and increased dispersion.
